This tool summarizes monitoring records for the public water system serving an area. Water can change inside a building because of plumbing, fixtures, filters, or service lines. Only a sample collected from your own tap and analyzed by a certified laboratory can tell you what is in the water at your faucet.

This information is not complete

The tool shows contaminants that public water systems are federally required to monitor and report. It does not include everything that could be present in water — notably 1,4-dioxane, an industrial chemical that has no federal drinking-water standard and is a known concern in parts of Seminole County. The absence of a result here is not proof that a substance is absent from the water.

All results are drawn from public sources — the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (SDWIS, UCMR 5, and ECHO databases) and the Florida Department of Environmental Protection. The information is only as accurate and up to date as those sources, which may contain errors, omissions, or delays. Monitoring data reflects the date it was collected and may not represent current conditions.
